Our client was looking to entertain a small number of key employees at an international sporting occasion in an informal setting with a relaxed atmosphere.

The relatively straightforward event included one night's accommodation, a private group dinner, private stadium transfers and official hospitality at Twickenham for the England v France Six Nations clash.

There are of course many accommodation alternatives in and around the Twickenham area from all central London's options to Country Houses on the outskirts. For this group we decided on te Chiswick Moran which offered the quality of accommodation and dining required and equally as crucially was easily accessible for the attendees, just off the M4, and just a couple of miles from Twickenham Stadium itself.

The group enjoyed a hospitality experience at Twickenham's Rose Suite including an arrival drinks reception, four course lunch with wine, guest speaker and post match snacks.
